The preparation is incredibly simple: it is just like dipping a tea bag into boiling water.
Our pouch is made of durable, natural cotton filled with 100% pure botanicals (herbs, leaves, flowers or pine needles).
You steep the pouch in hot water right inside the sauna, let it infuse and then ladle the resulting herbal infusion onto the hot stones. The sauna is instantly filled with a rich, clean aroma of wild forests and meadow herbs, relaxing the body and clearing the breath.

Bring your sauna to the desired temperature. Traditional saunas run between 75-80°C.
Place one herb pouch into a small container of hot water inside the sauna. Let it steep for 15 minutes.
Using the ladle, carefully pour the aromatic infusion onto the hot stones. Watch the steam release.
